What are your income and credit requirements?
We require a minimum gross income of 3× the monthly rent, a credit score of 650+, and a clean rental history. We evaluate each application individually and consider the full picture.
How do I apply for a property?
Click "Inquire / Apply Now" on any listing and contact our team. After a showing, you can submit an application online. We process applications within 2–3 business days.
Are pets allowed?
Most of our properties are pet-friendly with a refundable pet deposit and monthly pet rent. Pet policies vary by property — check individual listings or contact us.
How long are the leases?
Most leases are 12 months. Some properties offer 6-month or longer-term options. We'll discuss lease length during the application process.
What utilities am I responsible for?
This varies by property. Each listing specifies which utilities (electricity, gas, water, internet) are included or resident-paid. We'll walk you through the full cost picture before you sign.
